Eliminating Development Risks

Rotholz was hired by the lead equity partners to manage potential financial risks during development. Joining the team prior to acceptance of the final guaranteed price (GMP), Rotholz evaluated the development package and identified the primary levels of risk. At the recommendation of Rotholz, major building components and systems were refined and converted from variable allowance items to fixed guaranteed price items thus eliminating primary risk for the investors.  Construction monitoring continued over a 2-year period leading to a project delivered on time and within budget.
